Fall 2025 Update

The most important news I have to share is that I will be retiring in June 2026, so this is my last year of teaching piano and voice. I will use the extra time for travelling, composing, and working on new musicals! I thank all of my students (past and present) for their support of my little studio! I will miss you all.

This past year, my writing partner Kathleen Mills and I collaborated on a new children's musical entitled "Good at Hiding" based on a children's story that I wrote for my children many years ago. It features Arctic animals playing hide and seek, and involves puppets! We had a successful first workshop in March 2025, and will be mounting another workshop in 2026 after we finish our revisions. Stay tuned!

Over the summer, I took part in Berkshire Choral International's choir program in Berlin, Germany, learning, rehearsing, and performing Mozart's Requiem and Bernstein's Chichester Psalms under the direction of Dr. Marie Bucoy-Calavan at Haus des Rundfunks. It was a magical experience, and I feel so privileged to take part!
